Level 2 involved at 2518 North Ritchie. The complainant was assaulted by the landlord. 3 Adam 74. 4 Lowell Christmas. Units 84. 10-4. The suspect did push the complainant and held a hammer towards the complainant, but didn't use the hammer on the caller. It's an Asian male, 54, blue button-up shirt, tan pants. The caller is not injured. Trying to figure out where the landlord is.
