PIT stopped them at Venice and Bonnie Brea but driver refused to get out. Got going again and went over to 6th and San Pedro, downtown. Another PIT there but they stopped only a second. Took off towards 10 Freeway back towards Vermont. LAPD called off the pursuit as the suspects got off the freeway, northbound on Vermont. After that suspect crashed at Vermont and Venice, the at Venice and Bonnie Brea an then finally at 1513 S New Hampshire. Driver bailed on New Hampshire. Passenger bailed back at Venice and Vermont.
Code four on the backup, 1511 S New Hampshire. Driver is in custody. House is clear.
