South Santa for the part. Check, 523. Armed parties at Crest Avenue. Concerning citizen advised two males wearing all black clothing and two males wearing ski-masks, unknown color clothing, armed guns, were seen running in the area. They were last seen running eastbound Crest on Scott. 523. 523, check. Precinct.
