Time okay, I was busy. Came over as a person down, 4336 North Levitt. Caller says there's a male laying on the ground in front with his dog, unknown if intoxicated. Now we have a person with a gun, 4300 block of North Levitt. Male, white, wearing a blue shirt, pulled out a gun. Details to follow, no further. 61 Eddie, thank you, caller.
