Attention District 5 units, information on a 97 subject in the area of Seaforth Way and Saddleback Way in 5C Charles. About 5 ago now, that complainant passed by an unhoused subject pushing a shopping cart with one hand and a large kitchen knife in the other hand. Advised the unhoused subject wasn't doing anything with the knife. They were just going westbound. Male, Hispanic, 40, height, medium build, no shirt, unknown color jeans. Information only at this time. Seaforth Way, Saddleback Way. PD, south clear. 1719 hours.
