U need to call 311 n report city trees that haven’t been pruned n tell them know about these giant trees. Also report trees that r unstable in the ground. The city came n pruned the tree in front of my house. When they came the cut all the branches on one side of the tree. The tree then became unstable moving in the”ground w any wind. The inspector came n couldn’t believe how badly he pruned that tree n all the trees on my block. So even w their return to prime more he never took the dead branches in the tree so they continue to fall. Our Parks dept was removed from SI n placed in Brooklyn.
