Human section B 205, PD security calling in for an assault at the 3 and Eastman lot, 1604 Lakeshore Boulevard. Requesting PD and the Coast Guard to assist for a large number of boats and jet skis. Refusing to leave. Too close to the water, impeding pedestrians from getting to the beach.
