They got a video from somebody on scene that the caller's brother is inside of a vehicle with a sword, saying he's going to kill himself. He's supposed to be in a tan 01 Honda Civic. Brother is a male, black, 30. Blonde streak through his hair, black hooded sweatshirt, gray and black sweats. 7941 Elder Creek.
