Engine 32 en route.Medic 32, 2047 East Falcon Way at 9150 South. Caller is a plumber on scene, stating that he had to shut off the water meter due to the house having a side leak. The now seized up, and he's worried that it's going to break if turned back on. He can't get a hold of public utilities. We also tried as well and got a voicemail.
