Not sure why the report says someone is clinging to the side
These 3 bots have been anchored there for months. Last week one got loose and was washed up along the side where the bridge started. Today they moved one and the sailboat started taking on water. People hve been calling on it all day. No one was on the boats
someone called for help i imagine right?
It’s been slowly taking on water ithis morning. My building called on it and so did the neighbors
