1223, your radio is turning pretty low. I'm sorry. 1223, it's going to be a park for a suspicious person, 1331 West Monroe. About a 90-year-old male, black with scissors, put them up and down by his head, entry gate on Monroe. Not sure if he's been drinking or having any kind of mental health crisis. A light shirt, black pants, but there are a lot of parents and kids in the park, and they're concerned. You should enter the park by the gate. Again, this is 1331 West Monroe.
