@ronnimom dang, I just saw a neighbor of mine who says he’s out every morning and thought he might be from the 8100 block of fayette or the block of east mt pleasant that’s right there. It did look like he was just out for his morning pee but I never saw him by my house before and definitely not off leash. Any idea what house or string of houses he might be from? I’ve been out knocking on doors for 2 hours 🥵🥵
@CBPHL they let him out to walk himself, this isn’t the first time I assisted with his return. They really need to stop!!!

@ronnimom dang, I just saw a neighbor of mine who says he’s out every morning and thought he might be from the 8100 block of fayette or the block of east mt pleasant that’s right there.
