Palmdale 263, handle 264, Tom 1 of the assist, 927C, 3030 Fairfield, cross of 30th and East Avenue of Sam. White Mercedes sedan and a white Mercedes SUV driving without lights in the neighborhood. Informant saw two DPs exit the vehicles wearing hoodies and ski masks, looking at vehicles and heard power tools. Vehicles were last seen westbound on Fairfield. Unknown if related to tag 21, this is tag 24.
