61, 66. 61. 66. 3835 South, 300 East. This was the complainant's address. States that they noticed a male in the complex that was hitting the office sign. It was a male, unknown age, about 6'2", who's wearing dark clothing, has a long goatee. Unknown if he was still in the area. Time-lapse is about 10 minutes from when they last saw him. Also stated that there was something in his hand, unknown what. There is no further. 61, copy. Oh, 13.
