Radcasting for information, reckless driver near 1st and Barstow. Vehicle's a silver, possibly a Hyundai SUV, unknown plate. Was driving erratically, following RP and attempted to run RP off the road. Driver was inside the vehicle, throwing stuff out of her window towards RP. Last seen eastbound Barstow from northbound 1st. Red zone clear.
