Looks like a female subject walked out of the store without paying, got into her vehicle, was talking to herself and screaming. Our caller believes she's possibly on 928. She left in a gray Lexus, plate of 5 Paul, Mary Victor 602, westbound Rife Valley. Black body clear, 1846.
