And for the unit 10-1, again, multiple calls of a sex offense, Cermak and Michigan, Michigan and Cermak. Passerby's reporting a male Black standing on the corner with his pants down, exposing himself. He's wearing blue jeans and a black shirt. Again, several calls. They're saying he may be on drugs.
