Hispanic radar 61, Tom 1 handle 61 with the assist, possible 502, 28522 Sand Canyon Road, cross of Soledad at the Chevron. Male in a red pickup with flames on it, appears to be 390, getting gas. CP's male Hispanic with long hair, almost caused a TC with multiple vehicles. Informant no longer at the location, last seen at the Chevron station near the In-N-Out, tag is 212. 10-4.
