They are hovering to get a view of Clover Street where the incident involving the officer shooting started. The shooting was over in Thousand Oaks but the suspect was taken into custody for attempted murder over on Clover.
I'm still glad I moved here, there was only two of these incidents in 60 days, and in the valley it was more like one every other night
