Coming over as a disturbance, 11600 South Longwood Drive. Kathy on the call, she said there's a male, Hispanic or Black, with curly hair, black long-sleeved shirt, beige pants, that keeps coming to her door requesting shelter. They're not at shelter center, and the residents are scared. 10-4.
