You'll recall the Bravo elevators while we evaluate the situation. Ladder 1 to UDRIP. Ladder 1, UDRIP. Engine 3 to command. Command to Engine 3, go ahead. Engine 3 to command, we've made contact with maintenance. There's apparently somebody welding in the elevator shaft, and that is the smoke enforcer causing the fire alarm. I think we can cancel all units. We're going to visually verify.

Rescue 3 to command. Command Rescue 3, go ahead. At the Bravo elevators on Division 1, I have no smell of smoke. I have no visible smoke. The elevators are still functioning. Maybe we could get a ladder company here to be called these elevators. We're proceeding to the basement now. Command copies. You made it to the Bravo elevators. That's correct, Chief. We're heading up to the 8th floor. It's apparently an elevator shaft. I'll let you know when we find it. Copy. It's apparently in an elevator shaft.
