Pleasure. It's going to be at 3068 South, 8000 West. The caller states that their neighbor is stealing irrigation water and the water is flooding in the driveway, but it's not yet inside the home. Caller states there's water over the retaining wall, and they're saying this has happened before. The neighbor has blocked the ditch so the water doesn't drain away. The caller states it's not near a source of electricity, though, and the caller has turned off the main water, but it takes a while to have it stop flowing. Subtitles by the Amara.org community
