Any 17th and 17th units, possible GTA suspect, Wadsworth and Manchester, north of Manchester in the alley. Suspect's a transient, male, Hispanic, in his 30s, green hooded sweatshirt, black pants, using an unknown mechanic type tool to vandalize a vehicle. That returns Code 37 to a 2013 Kia Optima four-door, license of 9 Union, Union David 459. It's Code 2, incident 2575, RD 1269. 17th and 17th units.
