4122, a 32 Mike, unit 15, Northwest 2700 20th Street. Northwest 2700 20th Street. Incident occurred 5 minutes ago. Complainant advising he was assaulted by a Cuban male in his 50s, wearing a gray tank top and jeans. Fled on a black e-bike. Complainant advising the subject punched him and then threatened him with a knife. Made contact with the complainant wearing a black tank top, black shorts. Refused rescue at 5021, 4122.
