We have a disturbance, 900 West Fullerton. Caller's reporting a male, Black, wearing a black and beige jacket, black pants, attempting to get inside the building. He has two trash bags with him. He keeps advising everyone to stay out, trying to get in. They have previous reports against them. 900 West Fullerton. I believe that guy was wanted by the Area 3 detectives.
