Driving a moped, scooter, motorcycle is like playing Russian Roulette. Take public transportation or buy a car. People who drive them think something like this will never happen to them. I’m sure this deceased man thought the same way. When he woke up this morning he never thought he would end up in the morgue. My condolences go out to his family.
@fast_and_curious perhaps those people who drive cars and the like should obey the speed limit and the laws of the road. Go to triple A or the DMV and get a permit book!
