254, Bike 14, Bike 14 to assist for a theft just occurred, 1229 North Pennsylvania. Jump on that. Adam 337. Reference the theft ended at 1229 North Pennsylvania. Complainant sees two white females pulling items in a cart. He says they stole the items from the office door that was left open. They're walking south on Pennsylvania, past the Sullivan Home Loan Building, 1200 North, 100 East.
