711, have you started for a disorder? 648 Ogden Avenue near Grafton. Initially came in as an open line arguing. Unknown if the caller was a witness. There was a gray Chrysler 200 versus a black Ford pickup truck. They were blocking. It sounds like the black Ford pickup truck was parked and was struck by the gray Chrysler 300. Possibly a 17-year-old black male that was driving. Temp tag, Union 992-357. Caller then stated it looks like people were arguing. Possibly eight people showed up and now is saying people are leaving. The black pickup truck with no plate is leaving the location.
