Cars disorderly call, South Frederick and East Baltimore Street. Per Mr. Alex, number one male, got a DPW vest on, banging on the doors, trying to get in. Per Mr. Alex, advised him to leave the area. He was refusing to leave. He was trespassed at the location as well.
