I was there when they arrive. They’re at Josephine. Cops ran BOLTING in

I was inside Movita when they all showed up and ran in… I saw that stretcher go out also with somebody on it, but I couldn’t tell what was going on. I saw another black lady roll up look inside the ambulance and then start crying in front of the apartment complex and now I see a couple of talking to a police officer out front, but everybody else has taken off.
Saw them take a woman out of the building on a stretcher. She was screaming something but couldn't tell what. Looked like they were restraining her with something on her neck or head and forcing her into the ambulence.
