Attention District 3 units, information on a 927 object last seen four ago at the K Street Tunnel, 220 K King Street and 3M. He had a butcher knife under a white towel. He wasn't brandishing the knife, just holding it. He was male, white, 50 to 60, bald, purple shirt, khaki pants. He's headed towards Old Sacramento through the tunnel. TAC 3D clear, 1718.
