River 10-53, can you copy an area check on Reckless? 10-53. 13400 Southend Mountain View, corridor on the northbound. Our complainant's stating it was a white SUV, Volkswagen SUV, with a possible plate of Victor 77 Gerald Echo Bravo. Stating that there was a young child standing on the passenger seat while a female was driving the vehicle. They're just requesting an area check. The plate returns back for a blue GM.
