Five ago, the complainant was leaving their office when they noticed a white female, 35-years-old, blonde hair in a Shamrock uniform with no known weapons inside a dark blue or black Honda Pilot with an Arizona license plate, David Charles Adams 781. They were nodding off. When the complainant asked if they were okay, they got verbally aggressive.
