410, I'll have you check out this hit-skip at Seaman and Van Buren. Jordan was involved. It's a white sedan versus a dark gray Chrysler, town and country. Says that the white sedan has now fled. A suspect told the bystander that they were the owner of a Seaman stop. Caller is unable to move her vehicle. It's going to be blocking at Seaman and Van Buren. 410. Star and White.
