Central CB, I'm not sure of the makeup of the building. It just says the lobby. They had multiple calls for it. They all say the lobby of the building. Okay, received. Just making sure it wasn't the liquor store. Received.

So there were multiple 911 calls about this, and the police say it was unfounded? Why do I get the feeling that the latest policy is to label anything they didn't catch as unfounded in order to skew crime statistics?
