I didn’t see any reason why the car couldn’t move- unless the driver fled or was rushed to the ER- however I didn’t see any damage significant enough to assume the driver was rushed to the ER

For WHATEVER reason… that red suv stayed there and 3 other cars were moved thru the intersection

I didn’t see any reason why the car couldn’t move- unless the driver fled or was rushed to the ER- however I didn’t see any damage significant enough to assume the driver was rushed to the ER
