Frank 4, I'm going in the stably.10-4, we lost visual from the cameras. They should be in the lower lot. Last caller referenced Sweet G. Unknown if it's still active. One of the subjects was bleeding from the arm for an additional caller.

And additional, RP's advising there was possibly some pepper spray used. In our previous contact with the sign holder, he did have it on him at that time. Unknown which party has the pepper spray today.

And we're getting more calls of another active 242 between the subjects. The sign holder is threatening to 187 the other party. They'll be in the lower parking lot.
