Harry 3, roger. What's the suspect description? 25, it's going to be a male Hispanic in his 20s. He's going to be wearing a bright red hoodie, black jeans, white shoes, and a black hat. He's good for a BFMV, and I guess the PR saw him walk onto the freeway, 101 Southside Embankment, just five minutes ago. We're waiting on an additional unit to canvass.
