727, 10-4 the 647, 3533 East Oak. A Hispanic female, about 200 pounds, seeing a cute light-colored shirt and jeans facing in front of the house. Seems like she wants to go to the back house. She has a medium-sized brown poodle with her that seems overheated and she looks like she's on something. Caller said a couple of officers out there took a picture of the house yesterday, didn't know if it might be related. No contact for complainant. It's 908 Union 12.
