Hollenbeck units, information only on a reckless driver, Cesar Chavez and Lorena. Occurred four minutes ago. Unknown color, make and model, unknown license plate. Truck last seen eastbound on a Cesar Chavez. Suspect vehicle was driving previously on the opposite direction of lanes, attempting to pass a vehicle. Information only on incident 4911.
