New units, NW shooting, 1060 East 53rd, 1060 East 53rd Street. Suspects, two male, Black, number one, black t-shirt, red jeans, number two, white t-shirt, black jeans. Both were seen shooting into the air. Additional five males and females at the location. They also said that there were 30 to 40 people. Code 2, incident 4502, RD.
