971, 964, report on an armed party, 3401 Zoysia Drive, apartment 3, blue screen. Larry Evans is involved with his brother, male player Donald Evans, unknown descriptions, causing a disturbance and threatening to set the complainant's residence on fire. Subjects could be heard screaming in the background. Officers went out to this location earlier today. I'm going to give the complainant a call back to see who's armed and with what. 3401 Zoysia Drive, apartment 3, 971. Received.
