The caller's reporting a Black male in his 20s, 5'9", 5'10", medium build, wearing a light blue shirt and blue jeans. Said he was walking with a big stick. It could have been a machete, but the caller wasn't sure. Last seen walking, or last seen in the area of the Edwards Movie Theater, going towards the mall. have another unit that can check by and a sergeant that can monitor.
