4251, suspect, victim stated he did not know the suspect. It is a shorter male, black, in his 20s. I copy. Suspect is going to be a male, black, 20s, short-build, unknown to the victim. Go ahead. Suspect, leave you on foot, car, what do we got? We got LSP air here tonight, when you can send us that way. I copy, your task force is in the area. Can anybody advise how the suspect left?
