2858 West Peoria at Fire Soap. There's a group of transients at 20th and on the property with people coming and going into the vacant building. There's also a green Prius that keeps showing up, picking up and dropping off people, passing out small packages. States that two of them are leaving. K-11's contact at 1700. One more unit since there's so many people. Anyone to let out since there's 20 people. 2858 West Peoria.
