Firefighters contained a 30-foot by 30-foot brush fire near Interstate Highway 8 in San Diego. The on-ramp to Westbound I-8 at Texas Street was closed as a precaution.

Texas IC, do you have traffic? Yeah, Metro from Texas IC with an update when you're ready. Texas IC, go ahead. Metro from Texas IC, we're still working on the 30 by 30. It's going to be in heavy vegetation. The 30 by 30 is not moving anywhere. It's just heavy vegetation. Additionally, there was two spot fires ahead of the fire. Those spot fires have been knocked down, and we're working on overhauling those. The remaining fire is going to be on the clover leaf from Texas Street to the 8 westbound. Thank you.
