East units, a possible 245 vehicle just occurred, Folsom and Starfire. It's going to be eastbound Folsom, 3 to 5 ago. A dull green vehicle attempting to run over a Black male in his 40s. The vehicle had been doing burnouts. Male was running away from the vehicle.
