Lock them juveniles up because their parents evidently don't care about them or what they do. Out of sight out of mind
@viennaUser1819028005 Absolutely, however, the parents need to be fined or locked up as well for repeat juvenile offenders. Even if they have to do weekends. I’m sure they’ll start parenting better or contact resources if they are unable to keep their child(ren) in check.
