Lancaster 114 handle, attention 110 Sam, 918, 902R, 170 Street East and Avenue O Ocean at Saddleback Market. Informant states he saw a blue truck and white SUV driving around the neighborhood where he sees in a trailer on the property. Informant is requesting deputies check the area. Informant going to the gas station. States he doesn't know who was driving the vehicle. Informant now requesting 902R. States he is diagnosed bipolar and schizo and having a mental health breakdown. He is hearing voices.
