421, start for a timeout, animal complainant, 925 Forsythe, had a caller reporting a pit bull that was out in the sun all day with no shelter, no water, appeared to be in distress. Afternoon crews were out there, were unable to locate the dog. The caller did locate or did confirm the location, said the dog was at the back gate, could be seen from the alley sitting in the grass. The caller was also referred to LC4. It's 925 Forsythe, 421. East Broadway and South Ravine, Broadway.
